Bread is a universal staple, and there are all sorts of varieties of it! Today we’re going to share a recipe with you for paratha, a flatbread from Bangladesh. It’s similar to a tortilla or pita, and it only requires four ingredients, all of which you’ll easily have on hand.

This recipe is fun and easy for kids — they can help you roll balls of dough to make each individual paratha. Then simply fry it in a pan, let it cool and enjoy!
