Navin (picture changed) and his wife, Habalang, are Bible translators in Papua New Guinea. They’ve personally witnessed God’s power revealed through prayer — both yours and theirs. 

Navin and Habalang were working to translate the Gospels of Mark and Luke, but they’d encountered many unexpected challenges. Their son struggled with serious health issues, and their team’s work in the community was not going well.

But they prayed, and as Navin said, “The Lord touched our son and began a miraculous work of restoration.” At the same time, the translation team was able to finish Mark and Luke and present the translated books to the people in their area.

When they met with the community to share the translated Scriptures, they met a single mother of four children who had lost the ability to walk. The team gathered around her and prayed — and God healed her instantly! After seeing this miracle, the whole community rose up in praise and thanksgiving to God.
