Cecilia wants to help people in her community know Jesus and be transformed.

Amazing things happen when people can know God and experience His presence in a language they clearly understand. 

Cecilia was serving as a missionary overseas when God opened a door for her to return home to the Solomon Islands to translate Scripture for people there. “I want to translate the Good News to them, for my people at home,” she said. Cecilia arrived passionate and ready — not just equipped with training but with a heart to care for her people and serve with the local church.

God used Cecilia's compassion to rally people behind the idea of translating the entire Bible, and today she leads an effort to translate the Bible into her childhood language!
