Cindy is assigned to the Guera Regional Team in Chad, Africa. She and her team members completed the Kenga New Testament in 2012, one of the 27 languages spoken in that region. Since then she has been working with church leaders to help them engage to the fullest with their new Scriptures through literacy activities, and promoting listening groups who use audio players to listen to God's Word.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its missionaries to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts missionaries’ ability to begin and remain in their assignment. This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the missionaries receive as “take-home pay” for their daily living expenses.
