Carole is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and earned her Master's in Counseling from Denver Seminary. She serves Wycliffe members, SIL entities, and our partners working in field locations in Latin America and world-wide.

Growing up in southern California in a Christian home, Carole first felt an interest in missions as a teen. She joined Wycliffe USA soon after college and began working in the computer field in various positions such as operator, programmer, project manager, and finally, IT Director. Later moving to Colorado to take an assignment with the SIL North America branch, she served as strategic planning coordinator, project funding officer, branch treasurer, and office manager - while at the same time going back to school to work on her counseling degree. When not traveling, she works from her home office in Highlands Ranch, CO.

SIL counselors around the globe are bringing hope to the hopeless year round. It’s not easy to witness trauma and the devastation that it brings to communities in the places where we work. Stress, grief, tragedy and more also take their toll. Counselors serve to support the work of Bible translation by upholding the individuals, families, and teams serving in the Bible translation effort. We are broken people living in a broken world and need the Lord's touch of healing and hope. "Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." 1 Peter 4:18
