Exford & Bethanny Davy

Exford & Bethanny Davy are Scripture Use Workers and are excited to be a part of what God is doing in Papua New Guinea (PNG). They will work with language groups to help make God’s Word available to everyone in ways and forms that they gravitate towards!

Coming from Jamaica and America, Exford & Bethanny have seen the impact that God’s Word in their own heart language has made! They believe that everyone should have the chance to hear about Christ’s salvation and have a personal relationship with God in their heart language.

With 800+ languages in PNG, Exford and Bethanny will assist at the local level as language groups interact with their newly translated Scriptures and facilitate Christian life and discipleship workshops.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its missionaries to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts missionaries’ ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the missionaries receive as “take-home pay” for their daily living expenses.

Launch Expense Account

Wycliffe establishes the Launch Expense Account for setup needs beyond recurring ministry and living expenses.

Examples of what these funds cover are training and orientation courses, airfare, visas, immunizations, language learning, work permits, house setup, vehicle, equipment purchases, shipping, etc.
