Steve and Debbie, with their children, are translating the Bible with the Migabac people of Papua New Guinea. The Migabac people celebrated their New Testament dedication in print, audio, and digital forms on July 26, 2019. Work continues on the Old Testament, language development and Scripture Use activities.
In addition, the McEvoys also assist other translation programs in Papua New Guinea with a current focus on developing translation resources for Papua New Guinean translators.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its missionaries to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts missionaries’ ability to begin and remain in their assignment. This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the missionaries receive as “take-home pay” for their daily living expenses.
