Michael & Charlene Ayotte
The Ayottes have a passion to bring the Scriptures to the Bible-less people in Africa. In 1998, the Lord called them to serve the people of Cameroon. They have helped dozens of people groups toward the goal of getting the Scriptures in their heart language. Their ministry focuses on training local Bible translators and checking translations for the Kwasio, Iyasa, Batanga, and Mendenkye languages. Though the gospel came to Cameroon in the mid-1800s, the Bible in French or English has not been able to penetrate deep into the culture and daily living of most people. Communities remain captive to traditional beliefs that blind them to sin. Michael and Charlene have seen lives transformed when Scripture is learned in the mother tongue. We invite you to invest in Bible translation by partnering with their Wycliffe ministry through your donations and prayers. You go with them, because they can't go without you. Together we can reach thousands waiting to be transformed by the Word of God.
