The Rowes' 40 years with Wycliffe have left them in awe of what God does through the Bible in the lives of individuals and communities!

 

But nothing happens unless the Bible exists in a language and form that are accessible to people. David works with other experts on SIL's Writing Systems Technology team. They develop software tools that facilitate the use of complex scripts (writing systems) needed by many of the world's 7,000 languages. Computers and phones can then provide Scripture on screen, online and in print. This enables people to engage directly with God in their heart language and script.

 

Thriving servant leaders are crucial to the success of the Bible translation movement and deserve robust support in their challenging roles. Jenny draws on her strong relational skills and many years of leadership experience as she comes alongside leaders in French-speaking Africa. In addition to mentoring and coaching leaders, she offers the gift of deep listening as a spiritual companion.
