The Satres worked for 30 years in Cameroon, primarily serving the Ngomba community. The Ngomba NT was published in 2018. They also helped the local church in preparing Sunday School materials in the Ngomba language and by holding training sessions, and launching a dictionary app in Ngomba – French -English.



In early 2024, they began new assignments in the US. Scott is an assistant instructor at Dallas International University (DIU). He is thrilled to help students prepare for cross-cultural ministry. He also works remotely as a linguistics consultant for Cameroon. Vicky is working as an assistant cataloguer in the library at DIU. All their roles contribute to the overall Wycliffe goal of changing lives across the globe by providing God’s Word to those who have not previously had it in their own languages.
