Michael and Loreen have joined the team at Wycliffe to help accelerate Bible translation. They believe the Bible, God’s active inspired Word, transforms, heals, and reprograms human hearts. They are passionate about enabling every community to fully experience this life-changing impact in the first language of their heart and culture.

 

As part of their first assignment, Michael will be serving as a vital link in the translation process, assisting with Translator’s Notes to ensure accuracy and clarity for global translation teams. While Michael works on the technical front lines, Loreen will be providing the foundational support that makes their ministry possible. As a dedicated mother, she focuses on nurturing their three children, Isaac (4), Ethan (2), and Lydia (9 months). Her tasks include homeschooling and navigating the unique joys and challenges of raising a child with special needs. The Teglands will serve at the International Linguistic Center in Dallas, Texas.
