Ray and Judy work at the International Linguistics Center in Dallas, Texas. Ray is the global administrator for the Help Desk system used by over 4,000 staff and partners worldwide. A person submits a help request to the system. The system matches the issue to qualified technicians and tracks the resolution. Ray manages the system to help deliver IT services to the global work of Bible translation.

 

Ray also administrates the organization's video conferencing systems, which connect staff worldwide for project collaboration, training, and management. Video conferencing is an essential tool for our staff and workgroups spread out across the world. The systems handle thousands of meetings every year, from language translation work to top leadership webcasts.

 

Ray is also a member of the global email/Google administration team, helping co-workers worldwide troubleshoot difficulties so that they can focus on their work without technical hurdles.

 

In addition, Ray manages the local audio/visual systems for the large conference rooms on the Dallas campus.

 

Judy homeschooled Amanda (now in college), and continues to homeschool Abigail.
