Still Much to Do: The Napo Quechua Bible Translation

May 31, 2016

A team in Peru has spent the last four years translating the New Testament so that the Napo Quechua people can understand God’s Word for themselves and choose to follow Him. In this video, the team of translators working on the project shares some of their struggles, as well as the dedication it takes to communicate God’s Word in a way that will speak clearly and easily to their language community. Throughout the translation process, God has also transformed the lives of the translators, revealing his love and power to them through Scripture. Now the translators work so they can see their community transformed too.

More communities like Napo Quechua want Scripture in their language. Learn about Vision 2025: God-sized vision to start Bible translation for every language still needing it.
