1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using our Prayer Community, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Prayer Community constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Community Guidelines

As a member of our Prayer Community, you agree to:

Respect Others: Treat all members with kindness, respect, and dignity. No harassment, bullying, or hate speech will be tolerated.

Stay On Topic: Focus on discussions related to Christianity, faith, and related subjects. Because of our stance as a Christian organization, certain issues like marriage, sexual orientation, etc. may be involved.

Be Honest: Share information truthfully and do not impersonate others.

Maintain Privacy: Do not share personal information (yours or others') such as addresses, phone numbers, or any other private details.

No Spam: Avoid posting irrelevant, repetitive, or promotional content.

Follow the Law: Do not engage in illegal activities or share illegal content.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Engage in personal attacks or inflammatory behavior.

• Use the Prayer Community to solicit business, promote products or for any commercial purposes.

• Share or distribute malware, spyware or any other harmful software.

• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

• Engage in any activity that disrupts the functioning of the Community.
  
   

4. Content Ownership and Use

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post in the Prayer Community. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Prayer Community.

Prayer Community Content: Content shared within the Prayer Community is for personal use only. Do not copy, distribute or use any posted content for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Moderation and Enforcement 

We reserve the right to moderate the Prayer Community and remove any content that violates these terms. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Prayer Community at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Prayer Community is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Community's operation or your use of it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the Community — including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Prayer Community or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Prayer Community, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the Prayer Community, to us or to third parties — or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wycliffe Bible Translators. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orlando, Florida.

12. Data Processing

Wycliffe Bible Translators currently has GDPR requirements in place for people living in the EU who participate in the Prayer Community. If you prefer that your data is not to be shared, you have the option to not participate. Please consider this before joining the Prayer Community as a whole.
